My one to one work lies between consultancy and coaching. My approach is action-based, dynamic, conversational, challenging and lively. It’s a collaboration where I share my experience and insight and support you to make bold decisions and move forward with intention. Here’s how…
how does it work?
I meet with clients virtually once a week for a minimum of three months. We talk for an hour during each session and go deep, exploring what you have done so far and why and what you plan to do next.
The work is based on rapport and trust and I share from my personal experience as well as my knowledge of other businesses and my business education.
We focus our time where you need it most and set goals together between sessions to maintain momentum.
does the work follow a plan?
Yes. Whether you are at the concept stage or have a live business our conversations covers the same aspects of the project’s life. We work through these stages in order. I support your learning by filling in the gaps of your knowledge, sign-posting you to examples and supporting materials. Each topic weaves into the next as everything is inter-connected.
There is a list of different topics that we follow together and the work takes a minimum engagement period of three months.
